I'm a Product Designer (Aka the new name for UX designers that deal with broader product scope than just UX design) based in Belgium.
With more than 15 year of experience in design with SME, I bring a passion for combining research and user experience to create data-driven and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of both stakeholders and users. My goal is to use my skills to solve real problems and create kickass products that are not only effective to use but also drive business outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy photography, AI in design, going on adventures with my family and 2 dogs, and learning new skills.

I've been working with various clients, primarily startups and SME, to streamline their product design process. I develop user interview scripts and conduct user interviews to gather critical user insights. Afterward, I analyze the insights to turn complex information into actionable design strategies. Finally, I apply these insights to the design of interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet user needs while enhancing overall user interaction. My comprehensive approach to user research, coupled with my ability to translate data into effective designs, has been instrumental in driving the success of the startups I've worked with.
